Weevio Cloud Terms of Service Last Updated: Jan 25, 2023 Welcome to Weevio Cloud! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Weevio Cloud. They govern your access to and use of Weevio Cloud’s services, websites, software, products and content (collectively “Services”). By using Weevio Cloud’s Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to any of these Terms, you may not access or use the Services. 1. General Terms (a) Eligibility to Use the Services. To use the Services, you must: (i) be at least 18 years old; (ii) have the power to enter a binding contract with us and are not barred from doing so under any applicable laws; and (iii) be responsible for your use of the Services and for any use of your account. (b) Changes to Terms. We may modify these Terms at any time. The modified Terms will be effective immediately upon posting, subject to any earlier effective date specified in the modified Terms. You agree to review these Terms regularly and your continued use of the Services after any such modifications have been made constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. (c) Privacy Policy. Weevio Cloud’s Privacy Policy explains how we treat your personal data and protect your privacy when you use the Services. By using the Services, you agree that Weevio Cloud can use such data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 2. Using the Services (a) Your Account. To use most of the Services, you must have an account with Weevio Cloud. You may never use another user’s account without permission. You are responsible for safeguarding your account, so use a strong password and limit its use to this account. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above. (b) Content in the Services. The Services may contain content and features (“Content”) that are owned by or licensed to us. We reserve all rights in the Content not expressly granted to you in these Terms. (c) Your Content. Some of the Services allow you to upload, submit, store, send or receive content. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that content. In short, what belongs to you stays yours. 3. Security Weevio Cloud values the security of our customers’ data. We utilize the following cloud services to ensure data security: AWS, Google Cloud, Firebase, Google Analytics, PostHog, etc. and reserve the right to utilize other services without notice. In order to further protect our customers’ data, we encrypt all sensitive customer data in transit and at rest. 4. Data Sharing In order to improve our services, we reserve the right to share/sell data with third-parties. 5. Termination We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. 6. General Provisions (a) Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with any other legal notices published by Weevio Cloud, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and Weevio Cloud concerning the Services. (b) Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [state]. (c) Dispute Resolution. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the [state] courts. 7.
